Few possible reasons why majority of newly created Fiverr account is showing "seller profile not approved"
First and foremost, it's essential to note the reason behind this latest Fiverr's initiative, it's basically to prevent "low-quality" services from entering the marketplace. Kindly note that: (this is my personal opinion, since Fiverr hasn't revealed their specific criteria):
1. copying of gig descriptions from other sellers on the platform. Fiverr has basically heightened the security in terms of how serious plagiarism is considered.
2. Offering of services that violate Fiverr ToS or Community Standards, this is inevitable necessity to go through Fiverr terms and conditions.
3. Something in their gig was deemed "low-quality" - it might have been grammatical errors, pictures, or overall lack of professionalism. Fiverr is way more competitive than it used to be, there is need to portray yourself as a professional, everything about your gig has to be as descriptive and unique as possible, it shouldn’t contain image template that has been used by another seller before.
4. Their profile appears misleading (i.e., making claims to be an expert when it is obvious that they are not). Its necessary that you note each details you input in your Fiverr seller description box, words written shouldn't contradict each other.
5. Gig does not offer value to the marketplace (i.e. too generic in an over saturated marketplace, gigs for random skills with very low demand), ensure that you gig solves a particular problem that would make it impossible for Fiverr to resist your account after being reviewed
6) Endeavor to read Fiverr terms and conditions consistently, the answer to our generic question of Fiverr seller not being approved is right there waiting to be explored in the Fiverr terms and conditions.
